Returns & Refunds Policy

At Myhome-decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange.

1. Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Certain products, such as customized items, perishable goods, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific exceptions.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at returns@myhome-decor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions for shipping the product back.
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If you wish to exchange an item, contact our support team for guidance. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
